Ways to call a travel agent in Akron or start a reservation in writing
You can call a travel agent in Akron at our office on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning, or write to us whenever it suits you. The request form works at any hour. Writing to us or calling costs nothing and holds nothing until you say yes in writing.
Our phone number, address and hours are printed on every page. The request form for a quote is the quickest way to start, because it gives us your dates and the kind of stay you want in one go.
Four and a half phone days
We answer the phone Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon, Eastern Time. On Wednesday the phone is off, and on Sunday the office is closed.
A call is a good fit when you want to talk through a week before writing anything down. If we need to check a room with a hotel, we will call or write back once we have an answer.

Letters, email and reply times
You can send a request through the form or by email to the address in our company details. A written request that reaches us Monday to Friday by noon Eastern is answered by 5 p.m. that same day.
Requests that arrive after noon, or over the weekend, are answered by 5 p.m. the next weekday. If something in your letter is unclear, our reply asks a question first, so the quote that follows fits your trip.
Wednesday kept for written requests
Every Wednesday the phone stays off and the whole day goes to letters. Anything that came in after noon on Tuesday, or by noon on Wednesday, gets its written answer by 5 p.m. that Wednesday.
This gives every traveler who wrote a full, careful reply instead of a rushed one squeezed between calls.
When check-in is three days away
If your check-in falls within the next three days and something has to change, please call on a phone day. On a Wednesday, write instead and put "check-in this week" at the top of your letter; it is answered within two hours between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Visiting Suite 100 by appointment
Our office is Suite 100 at 450 Grant St, Akron, OH 44311, on Grant Street near the University of Akron and about a mile south of downtown. Visits are by appointment only.
